Each of our optical communication components such as our patch cords and FTTH boxes is manufactured with our cutting-edge manufacturing equipment managed by experienced workers. Through lean manufacturing process management and efficiency measures, we can complete low and high volume orders at competitive prices.
Active Quality Control System
Dedicated employees conduct their self-quality inspections within their respective working stations while those ahead of the process also perform thorough checks of completed workpieces. Defective pieces are isolated and transferred to our repair team, who will remake, refinish, or fix the issue.
Every custom optical communication component must follow the requirement of your drawings accurately. Professional inspectors within each production line conduct careful checks of finished products following global product implementation standards. Components that pass our inspections are packaged in our storage warehouse.
